2. Bookings

When you book a court through Kotely, you enter into an agreement with the venue owner. Kotely facilitates this booking but is not the venue operator. All bookings are subject to availability and venue policies.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by venue. Please review the specific cancellation policy before completing your booking. Refunds are processed according to the venue's refund policy.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the platform, submit false information, or interfere with other users' bookings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kotely is not liable for disputes between users and venue owners, court conditions, or injuries sustained at venues booked through our platform.
